Crysis 2, are all Xbox ones "Limited Edition"?

Bought it for my son today and picked up one of the 2 boxes on display, one said Limited Edition the other didnt. So picked up the L. E. one.

Didnt look at the packaging before giving it to him, but he says there is no reference to a Limited Edition on the box etc.

Have they given me the wrong one, or are all Xbox ones limited edition?

They were marked as the same price, is the LE one dearer?

They all seem to be LE mate. Mine was LE when I purchased it from Tesco.

The one I got has no Limited Edition writing on the cover etc.?

Is there a download code or such to get the LE stuff?

If yours doesn't say Limited Edition on the box then I'm guessing it isn't the Limited Edition...

I think the only difference is a DLC code that gets you early access to a gun attachment, and it changes your dog tag as well.

There should be limited edition written on the cover, along with what that includes.

No difference I don't think. GAME are doing an offer if you trade in a selected game you get Crysis 2 for £5. Otherwise it's £35, probably cheaper online.

Most odd that there are 2 versions, one slightly "superior" but at the same price.

The case has already been opened but i'll pop into the shop tomorrow to ask them if they can sort it out. Not sure if I can mention the name of retailers on the site these days??

I think it's just an incentive to purchase it early.

I avoid buying limited editions now as the supermarkets don't take them for trade ins.

Went back to shop and thats the only version they have but gave me a sheet with a code on "that gives the addons the LE version has".... well, thats not the case if for the "Threat Awareness Module".... not the stuff specified in the LE edition.

If the LE stuff can be either attained in game or paid for via Live I dont mind that really, but can it??
