Liking android, worth the jump now?

As one of main requirements was a decent GPS i would reccommend a DHD as the SGS's GPS is a bit hit and miss.

I was under the impression that this was fixed with the release of Android 2.2 for it? Or am i wrong?

I think it was a manufacturing issue with some of the earlier phones AND a software problem by the looks of it.

It should be ok now.
