I want to get a TJ07 for aircooling, I can hear the cries of blasphemy already! The reason for this is that I think the TJ07 is the best looking case out there and also has a quality, thick aluminium structure, great window and a removable motherboard tray. I also love how it is big and allows me to go water-cooling in the future. The most obvious case would be the FT02 but it doesn't have the same wow factor as the TJ07. I plan on painting the front, too, bottom and grills glossy red which I have seen done before.

However, there are some problems. Firstly, I will be aircooling- will this case be able to provide suitable temps for a good overclock? Also, will my graphics card be getting enough fresh air?

NO DISCUSSION OF SELLING OUTSIDE THE MM

Haha, my fault for being so indecisive. I make my mind up, then look at it ages and decide I want something else! I do really like the look of the TJ07, but maybe it's something that wasn't meant to be...

If you're that indecisive, wait a week. You'll want something else by then. Or, you'll turn into me (I know it's frightening), where you dislike all cases, because none of them are perfect. Or anywhere near it.

Have you thought about the ATCS840, not quite as nice looking as the TJ07 and it doesn't have the window but its good for air, another great case for watercooling and half the price new.

Don't get sucked in by the looks even though it is certainly one of the most visually appealing cases out there. I did a couple of years ago, and ended up selling, because it just doesn't have the necessary features unless you're willing to put in the effort to customise it - which by the looks of your sig you might like that.

I haven't seen the ft02 in person (I prefer matx), but would say without a doubt go for the ft02 over the tj07.

Got my TJ07 sat next to me as we speak, air cooling going on in there as well at the moment. The plan is to move to water-cooling at some point, probably more for the quietness rather than "overclocking headroom" as at the moment the only thing 'clocked is the CPU, and that's not exactly a large overclock either...

And I agree, beautiful looking case, sleek styling that isn't matched by anything!

I have nothing against the FT02, I just think that the TJ07 look amazing! FT02 will undoubtedly have far superior performance on air but it doesn't have the same effect the TJ07 has. Thing is, I can't get one anywhere and they aren't very good at air cooling. Really unsure still.

The ATCS 840 is something I am thinking over, I will have to have a window cut and maybe paint the inside, but it is a nice case.

Gone off the HAF cases now. I simply don't like any plastic on cases. Although I still anticipate that I will like the end result it won't really be what I want. I will be finishing the case to a good standard and selling it on the MM which should generate a few quid considering they are still over £100 new.
