Found my Car Damaged on Saturday Morning

ROFL!

Asbestos liek that can be worked on but i'd want air tests done after to check it's all gone. It is, after all, the airborne fibres that can cause teh damage.

If it's a single garage roof i'd expect a bill of about £5-750.

That asbestos is gonna cost a few quid cleaning up :(.... Though TBH I'd just stick on a mask and do it myself.

This can be done, I'll throw this suggestion at the Landlord (with all the safety information I have accumulated over the years), He would probably prefer to do it himself when the subject of Money comes into play.

He may also simply just replace the broken sheets with plastic ones and leave the rest of the Cement Asbestos alone.

The only problem I can anticipate is a couple of the Cement Asbestos Sheets are shared with the next garage (there are 3 garages in a row) so there is the danger that the other Garage Owners may have to get involved too - but not my responsibility really.

Assuming this is not vandalism and just aging material, it woul be sensible just to warn the other garage users. Are they privately owned or let like in your case?
