Warning, the leak of names is from the daily mail, but if true, daft.
Nasri is on both lists, yet Nani is only on the young players list, Nasri 9 goals, 1 assist, Nani 9 goals, 16 assists last time I checked.
Even stranger is PFA type lists are normally on recent form, Nani has been consistant all year, Nasri has scored 1 goal in 4 months.
Wilshire, Bale, Tevez, all deserved probably, no Kompany but Vidic, I know which is prone to last ditch rugby tackles.
Parker, he's great, he's a HUGE character in that team, but he's had quite a lot of pretty poor performances this year, but has been very good in the bigger games that get on TV.
So top scorer isn't on the list, and the top assist, and highest combo assist/scorer, both at the club looking to win the title, can't make the main list?
Terry has conceded less on the pitch with Chelsea than Vidic has with Utd, frankly Terry's been a beast this year, made very few mistakes and scored a few uber important goals. In that vein Huth has scored insanely important goals for a fairly rubbish Stoke, though don't think he should make the list.
No VDV, Arshavin, potentially even Nolan for being again being high scoring and consistant all year. Arshavin has EASILY been better than Nasri.
Joke of a list to be honest
Blackpool winger Charlie Adam is on the PFA Player of the Year shortlist but Nani is missing, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper has revealed the six-man shortlist - collated from votes made by England's professional footballers - for the award.
Six different clubs are represented with Blackpool's Adam the shock name on the list alongside Nemanja Vidic, Carlos Tevez, Samir Nasri, Gareth Bale and Scott Parker.
Nani misses out but features on the Young Player shortlist which also includes Bale, Nasri, Jack Wilshere, Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart and Seamus Coleman of Everton.
