That should all work fine, although you wont be looking at amazing fps on a single 6850 at that res (all depending on what you're playing of course)

yes sorry meant 6950 to be flashed to 6970(edited 1st post)

and they are all ordered and will be here today, the monitors are from somewhere else though as ocuk dont stock the ones ive ordered

Should be able to run Monitor 2 off dvi as well as the card has 2 so:

Monitor 1 DVI - DVI
Monitor 2 DVI - DVI
Monitor 3 Mini DP adaptor - DVI

right ive got everything and cant get it working

Its not to do with the monitor been dvi-i and the adaptor dvi-d is it

edit all monitors are dvi-d

stumped atm

right the hdmi monitor is on
the dvi monitor is on
but the connected via the active mini DP - dvi will not come at all

may sound silly but recheck the mini dp connections to make sure theres good contact i had the same and the monitor conection was loose

the one i recieved was his and worked with no problems, im not sure if you have missed something or mabe the adaptor is faulty its hard to say

the only thing i can think of now is to just use the displayport on its own with only one monitor and see if you get a signal, if not i would be concerned there was a fault with the adaptor, also look into the monitor settings to see if you have to change the input device manually
