My sister used to be like that so I just got her to start reading DigitalSpy. She stopped buying the mags and watching trash TV after that. That site provided her fill of celeb rubbish instead!

Seriously you can't watch TV when your wife is away because she is recording some mindless drivel? Brilliant.

Anyway at the end of the day it's only TV. Why not use the time to do something to stimulate your mind or do something creative. Much better than the idiot box anyway.
