Such a forum will have three types of posters.
All those in favour of idea X, who have already committed alligence to it and will never change their minds despite their complete lack of knowledge on the subject matter. APPLE

Finally, there are those who have accounts yet rarely post because they are wise enough to recognise that arguing at length with someone you will never meet in a context that will never matter is possibly one of the most pointless things you can ever do. APPLE HTC

There is a forum for arguments already, even over the most petty of things. It's called Motors.
On online community where people are actively encouraged to argue and fight will lead to blood, shootings and front page headlines.
