I would probably poo myself.

Doubt I'd attack first, would probably tell him to bugger off and if he didn't I suppose I'd have to try and kill him. In honesty I think I would be fairly useless in this situation.

If someone broke into my house I would phone the police obviously, not put myself in harms way by confronting them.

Most sensible answer in the thread. If you know there is an intruder in your house, why would you want to get into an altercation with them? Just call the police. Some people have some warped minds in this thread, although most is humour I'm sure. Do some people really think that they are justified in killing another human being to protect their telly/dvd player/Ming dynasty vase from being stolen? It's just stuff which should be covered by insurance. If you get into a fight with the robber there's a chance you'll be hurt/killed or that he will be killed and you'd have that on your conscience.

Obviously if the intruder is a clear threat to your family then you're within your rights to remove his head from his body and stick it on a pole on the front lawn as a warning to others that you are not to be ****** with.
