building muscle on chest - hard to breath?

I don't really know anything of your condition, medication or side affects, but I'd give it a full day of no side affects before I resumed training mate, just in case it hasn't completely cleared your system and strikes when your body is worn out :) Obviously I'm not knowledgable at all on this field, but I think it's always best to err on the side of caution when it comes to things like this!

Seriously though, I agree with having a day off. Better to be sure :)
Do you test yourself often to check your glucose and blood pressure levels?

My wife periodically checks hers (she had gestational diabetes and still has the testing kit!)
