Grrrr, stupid executive cars.

Just had a quick look on Autotrader, and I know a lot of people say this, but 750i's look good value. The amount of car and performance one gets is very impressive if you can stand the running costs, and a lot have full service histories (I guess you wouldn't skimp on servicing if you'd bought a car like this).

If the reliability is better and you can hack the fuel costs then go for it. You sound like you're made for a petrol.

if I had a 750i or similar I really would consider going to maxpseed and momoing it up, the stock wheel is truely dire, what were they thinking :(

Also a Nissan Micra, as they dont cost anything like a 7 Series to run either.

The problem is that a Nissan Micra isn't a semi-creditable alternative to a 7 series, where a LS is...

This stuff about them being rebranded Toyotas is a bit rubbish. If anything it's the other way around as 95% of Lexus cars seemed to have been designed and built with the customers of the US in mind and glued a Toyota badge & dodgy name onto the same car with a different spec to use in Japan. You can see the 'American' influence on my 'Toyota' from about a mile away because it was deigned by yanks, for yanks.

nope I'm still quite amorous with my derv, maybe its because I can mix and match as I see fit where as others are lumbered with a single wagon?

(although I can't remotely afford either at the mo ;))
