Best all rounder laptop under £700

Cannot be a penny over £700 preferably under as much as possilbe just want the best all rounder and recent technology.

So what can you suggest or recommend and why please?

Seperate graphics card is an important requirement

Have Dell XPS became cheaper I always remember them being overpriced when I was looking for a lappy however the XPS15 seems reasonably priced
 
THanks, have takena look at the dell, is by far one of the better specs that I have seen, however the Acer Aspire 7741G on another site seems to have a better graphics card:

the AMD Radeon HD 6550M which I think is better? could anyone advise please?
 
if you can stretch your budget by another £100, there is a b-stock MSI GX660R going for£799 in the clearance lines. Might be worth considering that option.

I can't, I've been asked to find a laptop for £700 and not a penny over budget, preferably lower, thanks for suggestion though
