Venomous X Black - Mounting pressure

I found out about the "problems" using a Venomous X and it's pressure system. Just to clarify, tightening it to 70lbs is a definite no no but having it around the 40lbs mark should be fine for the years I will have it attached?

Links? I have one and am due to fit it soon. Please provide info as I was intending to load the CPU to the max.

Thanks GregI, note it is warning for LGA775, I will be using it on an AMD x6 where the base of the CPU sits hard against the top of the socket.
