Weather record here today: tropical day...

with maximum temperature between 30 and 32 degree. Until today the record for April was from 1949 with maximum Temperature of 28 degree. A mix of subtropical air and alpine wind effect ( called foehn ) developed this incredible situation. I remember that average for April should be around 17 degree in the afternoon. The image show a very clear sky with typical excellent view created by the alpine foehn wind. Relative humidity very low, only 15 %

that's aboslutely exceptional, a weather station registered a minimum temperature of 7 degree tomorrow morning and in the afternoon almost 32 degree, like in the desert. Very rare.

love also the weather, trains, photography, anyway I don't agree, I'm speaking of a record that was from 1949, not a normal report of weather condition.

I have never understood why people change their clothes just because it is past 20, it is not hot and you don't need to procrastinate anything to go outside.

Because some of us like myself are warm blooded and therefore anything above 15 degrees is shorts weather :cool:
