I'm thinking along the same lines as Cuchulain, post #10. Perhaps get the health ombudsman involved. They're usually top of the complains chain.
They can and do ask about medical problems and it is dismissal for not declaring.
Can still ask for any medical conditions which would affect essential tasks.
