I bought a mouse from the MM here which didn't work when I recieved it. I got in touch with Logitech to see if they could help, but because I told them it was second hand, they wouldn't help.

I asked the guy who I bought it from to contact them and see if they would deal with him. He said he has but it is nearly 3 weeks now and he said he hasn't heard from them.

When I contacted them I got a reply the same day.:confused:

Is he trying it on or what? Have any of you dealt with Logitech and had it take so long?

If not, after you received it broken, why was your first reaction not to return it and get your money back?

I bought it in working condition.

I didn't send it back because I knew Logitech CS was good, and maybe I could sort it without involving the seller.
 
Ring them back, get a different agent, tell them your story! May get lucky, especially with Logitech customer service..
