I wish mate. Managed to fix the crank problem today and will probably fire a new chain and gear cable on for Glentress.

I'm commuting to work on it just now and that totally wrecks it in.

Aye. It's working nicely now, still rattling a bit but I think that's the linkages, and the fact I had It at the skatepark trying to 360 it and perfecting tables.

I'll be running 2.1 speed kings for extra grip by the way everyone

, however id like to offer up my spot in the wigwam to anyone needing accomodation.
bought and paid for 2 nights (friday & saturday), i just want it to go to someone that can take advantage of it

I don't care about losing money though, it's my birthday on the 16th so if I don't end up coming and my spot can't be filled, consider the lower costs as a treat from me!

Went out to swinley yesterday, finally got GPS working on my headcam so you can see me in action. As you can see I'm not into jumping!

Nice Video, did you speak to Purple head about a lift? Also there is a spare space in the Wigwams so would any of your riding buddies from the video be interested then you could share a lift with them?

I had a chat with Purple head but he said he might be moving house, didn't hear back after that. Getting to Scotland isn't the issue for me, I'm more than happy to get the train for most of the way. The problem is getting from a station to the campsite which is a mission, the closest station is still far away.

Whats the nearest station to Peebles that you can get to? Galashiel possibly?

Galashiels railway station hasn't been reopened yet

Carstairs and Edinburgh are currently the closest stations.

I'm going to go to Covent Garden after work to buy some gear. Here is a checklist of things I'm getting, am I being OTT?

Camelbak
Mess tins or similar
Stove
Boil in the bag breakfast for Saturday and Sunday
Energy Bars
Spork etc

Also, is there power at the site so I can charge my phone and helmet camera?

can't mate. Would love to - however the missus is not to happy that i'm heading away for a day (let alone the weekend!!) with her being only 4 weeks to her due date for our 2nd kid just incase she happens to drop!!!

I'll be leaving about about 7.30/8am so should be there about 9.30 on the saturday - I/C - can you let me know your mobile number or something just incase I get held up or something on route.
