Cordless/rechargeable lawnmowers

Anyone got any advice regards these?, I guess they won't be as good as petrol/electric counterparts, BUT are they so poor to as to negate the advantages they offer? ie little noise and no cables etc?
 
As a man you should not even be entertaining the thought of a battery powered lawn mower. Next you'll be telling us you drive a Prius and wear fake leather shoes.

Lol well maybe, actually it's her indoors who complains that the existing petrol one is too unweildy, now getting her to do it is proper manly ;)

agreed, go to hardware store and find the lawn mower with the largest engine, purchase said mower, attach a cup (beer) holder and get mowing.
