I'm thinking about joining a rental service as I think it'd save me a lot of money in the long run.

Which rental service do you guys use? I'm not sure of the companies and who offer the best deals.

Cheers

Another vote for Boomerang. I'm on the £3.49 a month tariff, which gets you one game at any one time with a maximum of 1 game a month. Perfect for me.

After my constant whinging of Boomerang in 2010, they have done no wrong in 2011. Very pleased.

I was actually with Boomerang for a bit last year and they didn't really impress me, considering they were always sending me out bottom choice games, even when my list wasn't new releases.

So they have improved a lot yeah? I might pick them over Lovefilm again.

Cheers

Thing is with lovefilm I get the games I want, I only ever have one game on my list at a time. I sent back SSFIV on Friday and got told on the Saturday that Pilotwings for the 3DS is on it's way so it'll probably be waiting for me on Monday.

Hmm, undecided wether to go with unlimited 2 for £13.99 a month or to go for priority 2 for £16.99 a month.

Don't waste your money on priority I tried it made no difference at all when codbo came out i had it in my list way before and made sure I got my two games back week before release still didn't get it so I complained which the reply was there was a 2-3 week line so I tried another game same thing.

I don't like the certificate of posting thing it's silly my house is about 2-3miles from boomerang post office is 2 miles I don't see why I can't take it directly it would be far quicker for me then waiting 20min at post office then waiting few days for it to arrive.

Well I just renewed with the £13.99 a month service. Put mostly new releases on my list, just hoping they don't take years to send me 2 out.

I use lovefilm (if you look around there are a number of free 3 month rental vouchers - I might have some at home if you can't find anything). I've used them since 2008 now I think. I've had two rentals go missing and haven't had any issue with them replacing them / not pointing the finger at me. it takes usually 2 days to turn around a game, which is good (all freepost too). I have a mix of titles (around 20 or so) on my list, so I get new and older titles. I'd recommend them to all.

If Boomerang do end up to be useless again (i.e taking 2 weeks to send a title out) I shall be having a look at Lovefilm. Hopefully Boomerang really have improved their service this year.

I would say Lovefilm but lately I've been getting crap from them, both in turnaround and choice of game.
