My bet not settled

I won on the grand national placed a bet last minute of my iphone - however on betfair it has record of myu bet but says it is not settled - why is this when will i get my money?

What's the bet you have placed? It's not coming up on your account, I'll be able to check out the odds and see if your bet was matched if you're contact number is correct on the site. I don't know why it's not coming up here, how last minute before the race was it?
