GGGGRRRRRRR STEAM!!!!!

Trying to retrieve an old steam account it has about 5 games that i bought back in the day,
When i put my addy in the retrieve account box it says an email will be sent to me and it wont send one! tried it about 5 times and still no email.,
Looks like ill have to make another account and buy the games again

Well you can always contact steam support and prove you own the account and they will send you a new username and pw.

Prove that you own the account by giving them information of the first or last game that you bought. Did you keep the purchasing emails?

i last had steam 6 years ago and didnt keep the emails

Did you sign up for Steam with a different email?

I nearly got caught out with Steam Guard recently, as I had forgotten my original signup address and the Steam Support email I set up were different.

Have you actually checked the account exists or are you just trying to log on to it?

Who knows, you could get lucky and the account was hacked, sold on and had lots of games bought for it. So contact steam support.

Maybe you have it registered to a different email?

Either way, contact Steam support

Ahh unlucky dude, have you searched around the Steam forums? I am not too sure if Steam has a number to call but their response to emails is usually pretty quick from what I have read.

Have you checked that the emails aren't being filtered as junk mail?
