The real winner in my books is fanta as it does not taste of utter **** when watered down at all inclusives.
Orange Lucozade Energy rules supreme over all other soft drinks. World Law says so.

So you havnt then?..how can it be irrelevant if you have no experience in using one over the other?
Why do all the large studios in the US make them Mac based?
Who do every conference on maniupulation or week long courses are all done on Macs?
For instance, i know that in a blind taste test Coca Cola tastes EXACTLY the same as Pepsi.
What are your thoughts on the rest of my post that you chose to ignore?
Argumentum ad populum
^ You won't make that mistake again.
Then why the hell order it?
Oh, wait. You just want to show off. You are in an Apple thread to be fair, so I'll let you off this time.
Doesnt apply as the argument is if Everyone is using it then we would be talking about Windows based systems, some im working on system that are like about 12% of the Pc market share or somethign like that.
It is fallacious because you are saying "all large us studious use it." It does not make a scrap of difference to your argument.
You can't use that argument as it is wrong, just because a set amount of people use it, it does not mean that is right.
It's just as bad as saying that all windows users use internet explorer so you should use it, it does not matter if it is talking at a narrow range or talking about 12% of users it is still not a valid point.
You should never use it in argument, no matter what you are talking about. It's fallacious right at the core.
Ah, so you don't understand. therefore I'm talking rubbish? I don't really care if you're sure or not whether I've got expierience with the applications I'm talking about, what is very clear is you don't at all.I did readthem, some of it I accept, the rest if a bit jibberish and im not sure you have every used any of the programmes in question or have worked in a real studio that had to deal dfay in day out with these things TBH, not having a go jsut reads that way
How bizarre of you to think that considering how you've responded yourself.seems more odd that you dont ansewer my question.
I'm not arguing the PC is better. You've invented that yourself. I'm arguing against your categorical statement that "some studios uses macs, therefore macs are better for studios".SOme of you arguments work both ways, if the PC market is SUCH a better platform and is cheaper, why dont some of the biggest CGi houses use them?
Ah, so you suggest I don't know what I'm talking about, then suggest that because they used Maya, it wasn't on PCs? Maya comes in both windows and mac flavours. The fact that they did use Maya is again irrelevant to your argument, as Maya isn't mac exclusive, which means Maya was chosen on its own merit, not because of the OS it runs on. Additionally, again, if you think you know what you're talking about, would you really have needed to ask me why a movie studio chose maya over max? That much should be obvious to you, some one in the know and all.WHy did the CGi team behind Avatar go with Maya?..why not use what was teams of poeple working on cheaper Pcs?

Yes you are spot on,you have to bring up the reason for using a hammer not that it is correct because many people use it.Thats like saying theirs many ways of hitting nail into a piece of wood, but just because everyone else uses a hammer, even the best carpenters in the business, doesnt mean its the best way of doing it.

Pro's:
Cheap
Easily available
Does not require Electricity
Cons:
Health Risk
Might be hard to hit small nails in and might not hit into very hard wood.
Can't stand apple stores, last time I went it was to buy a wall socket charger for my ipod, for one it was upstairs meaning I had to navigate past the 50 odd people creaming themselves over ipads and getting in the way, then once I finally find the bloody thing I spend a few minutes looking for a till when one of those smug tossers they call staff came over and let me know "they don't have tills" and making me look like I'd just fallen out of a tree.
Never again.
Because I want it.
The Apple Bluewater store is like an oven, that's my main gripe, other than kids using it like an internet cafe (great for facebook raping people when they haven't logged out). Don't usually need to go in there but never find it particularly weird when I do. Great idea though, a customer can try nearly everything before they decide to buy. I feel more awkward going in restaurants where the staff do song and dance routines.
