I have powered the case fans from the PSU and from motherboard headers. They still all stay on after I shutdown the computer. I have googled and have some solutions but both I don't understand or are missing something.
Firstly, "Click “Start”, on “Computer” click right mouse button and select “Properties”, click “Device Manager”, select “IEEE 1394 Bus Host Controllers” group, only contains one device called “VIA 1394 OHCI Compilant Host COntroller” on that click right mouse button and select “Properties”, select “Power Management” tab, and finally check the “Allow the computer to tur off this device to save power” box!
That’s all folks. After that the computer power down normally every time."

I don't even have firewire on my board (P67A-UD4).
The second solution I searched could be what is causing this issue. I also have that dual AC97 and HD AUDIO cable as him but only one header.

In the second pic you can see he has two headers.
I also think it could be to do with the ACPI Power Management settings in BIOS. Anyone know the magic configuration?
