Introducing hot air into the case is only a problem if you don't have adequate venting or have other fans blowing in. Lowering the cpu temps a few degrees is more crucial if you are pushing an overclock and harder to acheive as you have a limited radiator size which is restrictive to airflow whereas lowering the case temps is easily done by adding extra fan capacity.You will find most people have them exhausting air out the back of the case as bringing hot air into the case is not a very good idea. Im using Apache Blacks on push pull to good effect.
Try changing it to sucking colder air in from the outside for a start

Agreed turn fan round sucking air into the case, it should lower temps by a few degrees
