IIRC if Hamilton had won the WDC in 2007 he would have been one of the cheapest world champions ever as he was only earning around £500,000 for the season.

TAG certainly used to do it (always thought it was a bit of a conflict of interest given Ownership of McLaren - but that never stoped anything happening in F1 lol)

I assume this means being very publicly biased about them on a national broadcaster every other weekend.

Ye, that doesn't surprise me. Type david coulthard into youtube and there's nothing but him doing public displays around the world, mostly doughnuts, lots of tyre smoke and lots of very loud revving in a redbull car.
