makes them being released for people to see become a bit of a sham imo

Well this is certainly a bit interesting:

In one document, a special agent in charge of the FBI's Washington Field Office sent a letter to the FBI's director on 22 March 1950, claiming that an Air Force investigator recovered a spacecraft in a field near to Roswell, New Mexico.

It reads: "Three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter."

The report, which is registered on the FBI's online Vault library, then goes on to describe the 3ft human-like bodies of the aliens among the remains of the UFO landing.

According to the document, each foreign body was dressed in a fine metallic cloth and bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.

All the moon mission logs are documented and published, you can buy the books.

Dont believe everything the conspiracy idiots tell you.
 
It just goes to show how convoluted these things are. In one report the roswell craft is reported as having three bodies in it and disk shaped, in another its hexagon shaped looking like a weather balloon.

Written word is no evidence though, and these files will not unveil anything new.

Maybe the first guy didn't know what to call the 6 sided shape and went with disk shaped so he didn't seem too stupid?:)

Roswell file which states "the disc is hexagonal in shape and was suspended from a ballon by cable, which ballon was approximately twenty feet in diameter"

Some advanced alien technology there, they came all this way in a balloon. This was written days after the event as well, not years like that other one. Strange that statement doesn't get as much attention.

More than likely since the recent disk shaped phenomenon started in 1947 - thats when everyone started seeing disc shaped ufo's. The same with grey aliens, aliens were all shape and size until the reports of roswell came to light in the 80's and then Whitley Strieber published his book, after that every man and his dog had been abducted by a classic grey alien.

People see what they want to see.

Betty and Barny Hill described Grey style aliens in their 1960's abduction.
