Fridge Freezers, which are good brands these days for em?

Need a new FF and wondering which one to get. I want one with a good compressor that lasts but not sure which brands have reliable and good compressors.

Any ideas?

Ideally no more than £150 delivered. But most of the nice ones well i duno if there nice but look better than the cheap ones are £230+

I'd like a half and half one, size wise.

But im wondering which brands have the good reliable components like the compressors which last and then ill go have a proper hunt for a bargain branded one thats cheaper than most sites etc.

take a trip down currys and pick up an American fridge. Make sure it has internet access so it can contact you if you run out of milk

Bosch is what we got and its pretty awesome, white and big

I had a Bosch fridge, compressor packed in after a year. Replaced under warranty with Bosch fridge - failed compressor 1 month after 2 year warranty ran out. Politely raged at Siemens (owns Bosch) who offered a nice shiny new fridge at a significant discount and five year guarantee. Still working two years on (fingers crossed...)
So I can't really recommend Siemens products but their customer service was good!

We got a Samsung american fridge freeze and it's awesome. Dual cooling, ice maker, vacation setting (fridge off, freezer on) and has filters.

Never had any other brand as it's our first, and hopefully last for a while
