I say we setup a petition to have BK bring this to the United Kingdom!

The Facts
Forget the Whopper - Burger King’s latest menu addition is a colossal 1,160-calorie burger made with a selection of three different meats.

The ‘Meat Monster’ - currently only available in Japan -costs £6.00 (820 Yen) and holds the title as the burger with the most calories sold at a fast-food chain.

In between the sesame seed bun, you will find two hamburgers, a chicken breast fillet, two slices of processed cheese and three rashers of bacon, decorated with salad trimmings on top.

The burger boasts a whopping 1,160 calories, which is very close to the recommended 2,000 calorie-a-day intake for women. And with 2290mg of sodium, the 'Meat Monster' far exceeds the 1,600mg daily limit recommended for adults.

The gigantic burger is also packed with some other scary nutritional information that’s guaranteed to expand waistlines and put a strain on the heart, like 24g of saturated fat, 13g of sugar and 1.5g of trans fat.

Burger King has introduced the new BK Stacker ‘Meat Monster’ as a part of their ‘Have It Your Way’ campaign, giving customers the opportunity to customise their burgers. If they want to personalise their meal, they can add layers and even make it healthier; choices available include teriyaki sauce, egg and fish patty.

This is not the first calorie-laden burger from the fast-food chain; their BK Triple Whopper is not far behind at 1,140 calories.

Whos with me?

1160 is just only over half of 2000. It's not "very close" at all... you could have two and only just exceed the recommended... As a man I could have two and still have room for coke. Get in!

want...so...bad!!!!

On a side note..
The burger boasts a whopping 1,160 calories, which is very close to the recommended 2,000 calorie-a-day intake for women
I'm not sure if you can say that just over half is very close to a limit:confused:

Still a bit of a Bacon Double Cheese with side order of fries and onion rings stick-in-the-mud I'm afraid. Have on occasion stumped for the XL.
