It's not quite as bad as the Heart Attack Grill Quadruple Bypass Burger, which weighs in at about 8000 Calories!

I thought most of the places these days will just let you change your burgers to what you want? Or maybe im just thinking about in Aus, used to be able to go into Maccies and order a quarter pounder with as many additional meat patties as you wanted. Why is this Japan only? Seems odd. The Japanese aren't very into burgers... are they?

Can't see it happening in this country, but I hope it at least spreads to other parts of Asia so I'll be able to get one on my hols.
Yeah they are. also, Japan is the testing ground for wierd food - Mcdonalds in Japan sells pork-burgers!
