Hi,

If you sell something to someone on ebay, and they say at times it's working then not working. so they say they want a refund! then you test it and find it's working fine! what are you're rights ? would i still have to refund them etc.

Ebay/Paypal will favor the buyer in most cases no matter what. I only sell low value items these days, or as above more valuable items with cash on collection.

what happens if they pay with paypal? you have no choice but to offer paypal as a payment option right? and if you refuse you lose the list fee?

Refund them but without any postage costs (initial postage or return postage).
