The Grenade launcher does that to everyone too. The worst is the C4 pack not going off. now that IS frustrating.

i dont mind that but when you're c4 goes off on a person stands by it and just doesnt take any dmg

tealc is pro at that when i have c4 planted

My favourite is when you lob a nade away and it bounces off a teammate's back and flies in the air. At that point it's anyone's guess where it will land, since the nade physics are completely random it seems.

I've been killed with the defib unit, no problem, but for the fact that the guy that killed me wad behind his teamate and I was the other side of the wall shooting both of them.

Nade physics are funny. I've seen nades bounce back of thin air at the top of a long flight of steps. Nades smash windows and seem to go through and yet bounce back and land at your feet. Nades that bounce off walls up the stairs in houses and land on the floor above and then mysteriously drop back down onto the stairs.

I've had loads of stabs through walls. I think this is more that you initiate the stab when you can see the player and the 'kill is made at some arbitrary point in the animation and you track the kill point.

Used to have failed grenade launchers all the time in the America's Army game if you were too close or the angle of the hit wasn't near perpendicular to the flight of the launched grenade. I assumed this was a feature of real life. At least we dont get Fix Jams all the time.

Regarding Instability/Crashs due to the latest Punkbuster Update and afterburner e.t.c

The crashes in BFBC2 are caused by the next bug in memory scanner of the latest PunkBuster update released by EvenBalance on 9.3.2011. The flaw in scanner resulting in accessing hardware mapped memory is causing hardware to hang in conjunction with wide range of hardware monitoring applications including Gigabyte EasyTune 6, Sapphire Trixx, Techpowerup GPU-Z, MSI Afterburner and many other. So contact EA/EvenBalance and force them to fix their bugged anticheat system

:p

Yeah, I figured out my lock ups/sound loops were caused by a combination of PB+MSIAB

I just switch off MSIAB when playing BC2. It took me a week to figure it out. So many different suggestions... sound drivers, mobo drivers, bios, gfx drivers... bloody voodoo magic

I used to get fairly frequent crashes, stopped using afterburner but they still continued. Still use afterburner now but less crashes. No hardware or driver changes, very odd.
