As they flee, perform a nice little tripped maneuver (or steel-toed smack in the shins).

Probably nothing if they're armed or there are a few of them, if there's one though I would try and do something when he's not looking!

But if nobody is getting hurt then I might not do anything, it's the shops fault for not having a security guard.
