Have a Gigabyte GTX460OC card at the mo and an wondering if this is still a good mid range card. Seen that there is a GTX560 so is this the replacement and what sort of improvement would I see.

Is your 460 struggling with anything? :)

Here is a comparison with the two :

Not really, it's just that I'm thinking of building another PC so was thinking of plopping my current 460 in there and replacing it with something slightly better.

EDIT: That should be I'm thinking of building a 1155 rig so the new card would go in there.

I still have a single 460 one gig Gigabyte card and can't fault it really in gaming. Use MSI's Afterburner to clock the card up and you get a decent boost in frame rates :D

Failing that get a 2nd 460 and go SLI for some serious gaming....SLI 460's you
are talking 580 performance.... http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/314?vs=305
see :)

Agreed.

Can't say that mine is struggling yet at 1920x1080.
Though I'm sure there are games out there that I might have to turn the detail level down a tad.
