Can anyone give me a hand to OC my system?

RAM at 1.65v shouldn't be a problem.

The thing you need to keep an eye on is the RAM and VTT/QPI need to be within 0.5v of each other to avoid damaging the memory controller on the CPU.

A good guide to have a read though would be this one, guides you through basic, and mid overclocks. So should help you understand the basics.

Good link.

Do not use XMP for memory rarely works and some people report instability. Best to overclock CPU and get stable then adjust ram so that you get as close to your max speed as possible. You should get a 3.8 overclock with no problems, 4.0 is possible but you need to watch heat etc. Aim for 3.8 and enjoy until you are more experienced. Plus do not forget to benchmark to see if your overclocks are making much difference.

p.s. Do not expect the same overclock as you get reported on some overclocking sites. These tend to have overclock on mobos which are not inside of a case which have the benefit of better air cooling. You need to get yours working in a case.
