I finally did it went and bought all the bits for my new shiny PC well half shiny anyhow final specs when built will be.....

OCZ Intel Extreme XMP 4GB
Akasa Venom CPU Cooler
Antec 900
Force 60Gb SSD (OS)
Sammy F1 750Gb (DATA)
260GTX (216) this will be upgraded soon just wanted to see if the i7 stretches it's legs a little
OCZ 600 Watt Modular PSU
DVD-RW

Why you blowing the hotair from the cpu and psu onto your graphics card.

I've always had the fans blowing the airthrough the cooler and out the back, my fan on top sucks air in aswell, probaly just the case and the way the fans are blowing, but looks weird to how mine is lol.

The psu fan will be sucking down and out the back, the psu is the right way around for that case.

correct had to mount the fan in a pull config as it fouls my side fan until i mod it dont forget the antec has a 200mm fan above blowing out
