Hi All,

Thought I'd just post a quick note praising Coolermaster's support & service.

I work in Tech Support myself, so I know it can be miserable as all you generally get is people whining.

I broke one of the casters on my HAF-X case when adding my watercooling system through my own heavy handidness (one corner currently propped up with a Robert Jordan paperback!).

I looked on the CM website to see if I could buy a replacement, but they weren't listed.

So I contacted CM Support and told them I had broken it and was my own fault (not some false warranty claim). They simply asked for the serial number from the case and my address and then shipped four of them to me (from Holland I believe) completely free of charge.

I think that's excellent service and worth highlighting.

you are joking right i've been trying to get a response for over a week from them and still nothing.

Did you by any chance contact the store in the netherlans instead

I contacted them a while back about a SSD bay adapter, and had the exact same experience. They straight away just asked for my serial number and address, and the adapter arrived within the week.

its really good to know they have good customer support, logitech are also just like them my g11 stopped working they sent me a g110 for free was very happy :D
