and after doing some googling, decided i lived at 12 All Saints Walk, Liverpool L24 3TF. I put 3 years experience, 0 years ncb, 0 claims or convictions, no added drivers and unemployed

adding my mum and dad ?

So by getting a job, and adding my parents onto the policy, ive reduced it by well over £2000
Seriously, you need to get yourself a job.
Go register at a job agency, and go do some minimum wage box stacking in a warehouse somewhere, and get yourself a wage slip.
Then you quite rightly and legally claim to be employed. This should reduce your insurance premium by a serious amount.

I will cancel the insurance which was about £20 or summit to do. Then get a job, even a voluntarily job that's 1 day per week, it still counts, right?
