what doesnt class as ware n tare?

Thing is, this isnt a massive slight on carcraft, at the end of the day its not like the engine did fall out and then they refused to fix it.

Its a bad CV joint/ABS ring whatever, they didnt sell you a cut and shut exactly now did they?

Your letter uses text speak in places, is far too informal and too abusive.

If you want to be taken seriously you need to write it seriously. Refrain from insulting them, and keep it formal.

Leave out the jokes, the jibes and the finger pointing. And also state what you actually want them to do. Do you want them to take it back, compensation, some free mats ? Your letter just reads like a rant at the minute.

I don't know why you didn't demand they replaced the CV boot rather than settling for having them regrease it? If it was still within the cooling off period (2 days after purchase) then I'd have given it straight back. If their 120 point check/tyre kick can't spot that then what else have they missed.

Were you not aware of this problem when you test drove or were driven around in the vehicle?:confused:

Just far too many people getting upset over stupid things and trying it on.

I had someone ring up to complain today, I just found myself going mmm, yeah, uh huh, oh dear, well well well.
Conversation over.
I suspect the OPs letter won't make it as far as sex noises before its In the tray marked 'bin'
