Does the Thermalright Spitfire allow other pci cards to be installed?

As title, im thinking of getting a Thermalright Spitfire for my graphics card, but I have other pci-e and pci cards underneath and I cannot mount this gfx cooler 'upright' as there is a silver arrow in the way, so it can ONLY hang downwards (i.e. hanging over all the cards underneath the top PCI-E card slot), does it have clearance to allow this ? Also if I crossfired the top card to another one underneath does it have clearance for the crossfire cable ?

Thanks

You might struggle as the Spitfire seems to bend over at the edge of the PCB of the graphics card and run parallel with the top edge. You'd be ok for half height cards but as or full heights I'm not so sure. I don't know how it would be possible to install two cards in one rig with these coolers as with the aluminium array in place it takes 7 slots. On a few images I've looked at it basically runs from the top 16x PCI-E slot all the way down to the PSU.

Like the Thermaright Shaman they aren't really deisgned with SLI/Crossfire users in mind but at least with Shaman it might be possible, given a large enough case.

Well it would be the ONLY card with the spiffire on, the other 2 5770's would have there normal 2 slot coolers, so as long as then would fit 'underneath' (behind) this cooler then im cool with that, its just so I can have my PCI sound card as well, as the spitfire allows another card underneath, vertically speaking its 'single slot'
