Car garage on Sky News this morning, did anyone see ?

I would have thought that they would all have been blanket banned from being directors of any company, surely? They could be imprisoned by breaching that at least.
 
The problem is that they just shut down their business and start a new one - this seems to be a pretty major loophole in the law. It reminds me of 'cowboy' builders who never have to pay a penny back because they keep everything they own in someone else's (like their mother) name.

LTD liability has changed the bank wants a charge on what you own to extend now but theres ways round anything, this collection of ***** just take the **** though too long they been tearing the arse out of it.

I'm interested as to how you made him so upset over the phone? Surely if you went down there you would have gotten beaten up or something?

He knew me from before our falling out and him bashing anyone is laughable. Some people are too sensitive.
 
How on earth are they getting away with this! So they threaten rape and murder, assault people and they are not locked up..:confused:

It's a well performed routine by the looks of it, and that lad in the white shirt was too much of a nonse faffing with his shirt and 'that ur motor' implied threat implied threat etc.

God know's how they've lasted so long without someone torching that place.
