My sister has had her new laptop for about a month now and over the last few days has been blue screening when logged into windows. I noticed i get 2 different messages these are the the screen i get...

I have tried restoring windows to a time before we started getting the blue screen but that hasnt help. No new hardware has been installed or anything, the problem is i dont have enough time to look around the system as it blue screens before i can really do anything, and loading in safe mode doesnt help either, if anything it seems to blue screen quicker in safe mode Any ideas what might be causing this?

I'd say as a first test, unplug and reseat the RAM sticks. This only helps if you have easy access to them though - I wouldn't disassemble a new laptop, but if it's just a little door underneath (and you're not breaking any warranty seals), it should be fine.

I tried the suggested about reseating the memory, but had no effect. Im now tryingto do a 'out of box' system restore and see if that helps, hopefully it will be software releated

Sorry to hear that reseating the memory didn't work.
When I've had the IRQL not less or equal BSOD though, it's usually been hardware related unfortunately, but it's definitely well worth trying what you can first.
