Hi guys, my mower will start for a second then it will conk out. There is petrol in it and oil. Not familiar with mowers in the slightest.

It is a powerbase one from B&Q. Any ideas?

I've done the mowing and cut the hedge. Now its the womans turn in the garden to do the weeding.

Or tip the mower too much, otherwise there will be an oiled/carbonised plug
and if it dose continue to run you will have your very own smoke screen!

I have no idea what the problem was! Just attempted to start it again and big cloud of smoke later, working mower! May have overfilled the oil, I don't know.

Just had a pampas grass annihilation session aswell. R.I.P

My Honda mower usually goes in for a service every couple of years. The last service cost me £120.
