Just bought some Auto Glym Aqua Wax, how awesome is it!? So easy to apply and remove and smells amazing :cool:

No worries, I forgot to mention the wheel cleaner I bought, Auto Glym Clean Wheels, again its so easy to use and works a charm if you have stubborn baked on brake dust like my wheels did, they look great now and waxed with Auto Glym Wheel Wax :cool:

Yeah made use this deal, bought Zymol Wax. It gives a great shine however it's incredibly powdery.

Also quick question: What's better to use for drying, a chamois or a micro-fibre towel? I don't think I saw the latter when I went last time so going now to as I need something to dry the car when I wash it in a bit!

I use Micro-Fibre, use to use a leather chamois and still do for the windsreen but micro-fibre combined with the wet wax is awesome, no powder and so easy to apply and remove

Might pop down and grab some wheel cleaner and wax, some wax remover for the car and some more mitts!

I went last week and they also had an offer of where you got a £10 voucher if you spent £50.
The 3 for 2 plus the £10 offer made it a cheap visit ( for once)

Picked up autoglym clean wheels, tyre dressing, wheel sealant, tar remover, bumper care and fast glass. Saved £14 apparently

Going to order a snow foam lance and a load of towels from another site and do a proper big clean on one of the many days off I have over Easter hehehe

Just something I want to share about Halfords cleaning products.... I was given a Halfords car care kit one Christmas or birthday, a little plastic pack with a zip around the top containing shampoo, sponge, chamois & buffer. Anyway written on the back of the cardboard insert in black marker it says "EMMA JONES 10/10/05 HMP HOLLOWAY SLAVE LABOUR!!" I keep my cleaning products in it & it still makes me chuckle

Poor cow thats all she needs on top of being banged up
