Suggestions for £700-£800 Gaming rig please.

Can somebody please build a spec list around the 700-800 budget mark please. Its purpose will hopefully be to play cod4, crysis and other games in the highest quality if possible with this budget. Is cooling something that has to be thought about after this list or is it included?
As well if possible would it be able to include case and monitor?
I am a newbie who's just decided to leave the XBOX 360 scene so I am learning.

I haven't got windows no but I'm not bothered to pay more really just bit more saving. Is this all avaliable from overclockers site?
If it runs games high quality prices can be altered

Yes, I did include a 24" screen tho.

If you put this in the last build i did with the picture - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-222-AS&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1750

that makes a total of £847 and it has two free games included, but you also get the same operation flashpoint game with the CPU, which you can sell to recoup costs.

Stulid's spec is solid, go with it!

*edit* You could buy a 22" Benq monitor from OcUK for around £110, I haven't read any reviews on them so can't tell if they're a good buy. Thoughts, Stulid? Could knock £30 off the price tag.

I have had 20", 22" monitors before.

Now rocking a 23" and a 24", think I would cry if I had to go back.
