With regards to battery calibration, if you just leave the thing go after flashing, does it eventually sort itself out anyway?
It will relearn over time but just download that program I posted fully charge it then run it.
Simple

I've unlocked my san francisco to use my vodafone SIM, but the internet browser won't work excet via WiFi.. Is this just because it's an orange browser; will changing to cyanogen solve the issue? I'm wanting to change over this afternoon but don't want to switch to gen 2 if I can't switch back and the problem remains...
Need a quick answer before i click buy..
Can i still unlock this phone to run o2.
any negatives about unlocking it, can i still upgrade etc?
Thanks
right was just wondering which rom would be the best to use, ive had the "alpha3-update-modacocustomrom-blade-kitchen-unsigned" rom on since i bought it as i was happy with it as everything ran ok like gps wifi and such. but the battery seems to be very poor on this rom, if i have the screen brightness on high and am running wifi to surf a bit or play any games the battery can be dead in half a day. so im looking to try a different rom but dont know which would be best. mainly i just need everything to work and not kill my battery![]()
I'm using Swedish Spring RLS4b and get around 4 days out of the battery (after recalibration) with moderate usage. Best ROM I've used since getting the phone.
Could it have been related to when you fitted your new digitizer and then flashed a ROM..?
I have been following that thread at Modaco with some interest. The reason that I mentioned that is my SF is a B08 and my wife's is a B10. I do know there is a B20 on the market now. There maybe others as well. Then there is the OLED and TFT differences.
I do not know if the digitizers changed at all in the model revisions nor do I know the source or quality etc of the digitizer you bought.
But I wonder if the revision of the phone and the ROM coupled with the digitizer you bought could be the issue..?
For all the above differences there seems to be only one digitizer type sold..?
