Anyone else here suffer a case of man-boobs

Pics please.

I've got kleenex ready.

I would have thought this would be enough for you:

:p

How can you work out so much and say you have man boobs? Manboobs are made of fat , if your chest is worked out they will get sculpted/defined/hard.

Pictures please, not that I wanna see your manboobs but its the only way to know if you are over reacting :D , or if you know what man boobs are.

Edit: NVM just looked at pictures, dude you need some corrective surgery and I feel sorry for you, it clearly is a problem with your huge nipples and the fact that all your muscle/fat seems to be stored underneath them, you basically look like an A/B cup. Your GP is obviously a moron who has more important things to worry about like how the next alcoholic woman in line wants to quit smoking but is too damn retarded to do it by herself, you should see a specialist.

Also, you're hella skinny, if you work out so much try to eat more otherwise there's not much point.

I can't remember if I said it before in this thread, but I have been to the doctors and the doctor said he can feel excess tissue in/around the nipple area. I can't quite remember the full details. Wouldn't refer me though as he doesn't deem it a problem, even though it is severely affecting my lifes day to day activities. Needless to say I wasn't gonna put my life on hold for him, I'm currently working my way saving up to have surgery performed. I know a lot of you might not deem it a serious issue, but imagine going to the beach with nipples so damn puffy and pointy they could practically reach out and touch you lol, it's hard enough trying to bare with it in a hot summers day.

Wow, you're a moron.

OP, that isn't that bad to be honest. But like a whole load of others in this thread have said, start doing some chest exercises, I'm willing to bet you'll notice a marked improvement, WITHOUT surgery.

Surgery should always be a last resort. :)

TBH it doesn't look like dropping body fat will help in your case (that shouldn't stop you from trying though, as well as trying to add a bit of muscle).

Sometimes surgery is the only option, but make sure you try other things first and talk to your GP etc.

Good luck OP :)

Yes, doing chest exercises is going to decrease the size of his nipples.

I am clearly the moron out of us 2.

Edit: I sympathize with the OP, I suffered with acne for a long time when I was a teenager and it severely decreased my confidence and affected my life more then anything, only someone who has to live with a physical deficiency knows how bad it feels, so you're saying "OP isn't that bad to be honest" , it might be like that in your eyes, but his eyes, which is what matters, it's not, if he's genuinely not happy then he should resort to surgery so that he can get on with his life before it develops into a deep mental problem.

That looks more like hormonal breast growth than moobs from fat.. to me. But neither am I a doctor or overly interested.

Stop posting your body parts on the internet it will do you no good.

My 'moobs' (or rather chest fat) have shrunk / reduced quite a bit since I've been cutting (as in bodybuilding cutting, not self-harm!), but it's really hard to tell with you because you've given a picture that isn't you. There seems to be otherwise very low body fat in that picture, but if you have high body fat elsewhere yourself if might be a different story.

Regardless, I hope you have been working out since you started this thread.

And how would you feel at the height of your acme problem if some arse on a forum started mouthing off about how bad your condition was and how your girlfriend is an idiot?

I'd also like to point out I'm a qualified Fitness Instructor working for a string of gyms. The pictures shown to me can be corrected without surgery, I know this from experience.

FYI it's not the nipple that's the issue here, it's the tissue underneath, with a bit of hard work you can build up the surrounding area, which will eliminate or at least disguise the problem slightly.

Hold on. In what world will making the muscle behind the moobs make the moobs look smaller?

If it is fat: lose the fat
If it is gyno: see a doc.
