Fitness and Training dvd's

What are you looking to achieve?

To potentially save you some time, unless you are carrying a fairly large amount of muscle mass doing that program won't get you that chaps body. The nutrition plan might be good, but not worth paying for.
 
it doesnt seem to bad at all if you look at some of the videos

im looking for cardio and to shed a little bit of weight.
 
if you know of any good beginner training programmes that would be helpfull :)

If you need guidance and really want a structured programme as a beginner, try the P90X programme. People seem to have endless success with it, but it revolves around a 90 day program, make sure you don't just stop after the 90 days!
 
Giggs Fitness has been mentioned here before and it is cheap and has good reviews online, even from non Man Utd. fans.

Thought I'd mention it.
 
i need a programme i can do in my own home, with just small weights, the rushfit one, thats why i am atracted to that, you just use a small amount of light weights, i will check out them now :)
 
i just downloaded the PDF's for the Rushfit, the training calendars, schedules, nutrition, i gotta say, im impressed, it has everything i need, and everything i wanted, step by step, basically a guide for dummies :p.

its a 45minute workout a day, i did a search on the tube and did a couple of the workouts, and i like very much :).

im going to follow it step by step for 8 weeks, id be happy to show you the results and stats after the 8 weeks, theres a log you get, to keep the measurements of your bieceps, thighs, chest, waist, hips, cholesterol, blood pressure, resting heart rate and weight, i will do all this by the book, and be back with the results in 8 weeks :).

If you log all of that it would be really great to hear your results. Also post up your current diet and and exercise you do.

im going to start in next sunday, ordered it, and ill go buy the 2lb-25lb dumbells on the weekend.

looking forward to it though, the gym im at dont even have free weights, and its a complete waste of my £30 a month atm, so this could be allot better, and tbh, how cheesy it may sound, a dvd actualy helps me allot, i feel like ive got my own trainer there pushing me, if it works for me im happy :)
