You're going to need two 6 pin PCI-E connectors for your GTX 470 and one (I think) for the 8800GTS.
The cheaper power supply only has two connectors so isn't the best choice.
The Coolermaster Silent Pro Modular 850W has six connectors so you could even SLI 470's in the future if you can fit another one in.
The XFX you originally looked at also has enough power and four PCI-E connectors so would be sufficient for a GTX 470 & 8800GTS. It would be a bit borderline for 470's in SLI even without the 8800GTS.

I'll see what I decide last minute, but I feel its between the Silent Pro modular or the XFX from elseware
