Anyone else here suffer a case of man-boobs

I would certainly try to drop body fat and build a bit of muscle first, just to eliminate the possibility that it is just unfortunate conventional fat storage.

What I meant was that if you look at people who have plenty of muscle and a bit of fat , the fat doesn't seem as noticable on them compared to people with hardly any muscle so the moobs will appear more prominent

Ah right, yeah in that sort of ratio it's less noticeable on most.

Was on the beach today without my top on but I would be hesitant at walking around like it.

Meh, nothing a bit more abuse on the weights won't fix.
Or maybe a shot of test. :D

Additionally to Morba's point, think about the period over which a deficit or a surplus might be required. As a crude explanation, over eating around good resistance training will have a tendency to fuel lean growth. To properly achieve both muscle growth and fat loss requires some thought and isn't easy, but it is possible.

if you are putting on more lean mass than you are fat then you will have a lower bodyfat% :P

Well it will pad out slightly the fatty tissue,
and also a few weights workouts will lead to elevated testosterone levels, decreasing the ratio of estrogen, which will also help matters.

will do bugger all tbh, you know that as well as i do. it needs more than a few weights workouts.
 
I have them but they are muscly not fat, which is odd because I dont do any weight training. They are at least a handful each and bounce when I run, sometimes my nips bleed from chafing on long runs. I've been trying to figure out how to shrink/firm them.

I have a bit of a beer paunch which might be contributing a bit. I want to like "condense" my muscle so it's more firm/smaller if you know what I mean. More dense, less floppy.
