Please beware out there, I had 4 adult bengals taken from there outside runs on Saturday 23rd April 2011, 2 entire stud boys and my yound grandaughters 2 cats which are a snow spotted and a brown marble that I was looking after her family arew on holiday. Please keep watch and eyes open for anybody suddenly haveing a number of new adult bengal cats or any adverts that don't seem right. This happen in the Blakenhall area of Wolverhampton. Pictures of these cats are on my website www.chrisjay-bengals.co.uk

Really Savannah's? I would like to buy a couple of those, but paying a couple thousand quid is a bit much.

Yup, Savannah's. Yeah they're not the cheapest cats ever. I did once see some advertised in the paper for £500 (not sure if I want to know where they came from!), but our pair are from a proper breeder with history :).

I pay about £400 for a Maine ****, so you did get a fantastic price (bit too good hmm) :) ...

I suppose you got all the paperwork etc for them?

Thats terrible I hope they get all four of them back! Just an idea op get photos up on Facebook and get friends to share it amongst themselves! I can't remember who it was on OcUK, but they had great success posting up a reward on Facebook for the return of his pet toy dogs.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. Ours were from a proper breeder www.strawbellcats.co.uk, not from the Ad in the paper. And of-course I won't disclose how much we paid!

I only mentioned the Ad for £500 as it seems that Savannah ownership can be done for less than thousands.

Wow, calm down...

Nothing wrong in asking roughly how much you paid as it will be the standard for that breeder, but hey ok no problem.

Cheers

As in their bits still work!

Facebook group is the way to go, it was Lowe on here that got some dogs taken, but returned pretty quickly.

Let me know when there is one and ill spread the word, I have done a photo shoot with some Bengals, such striking cats!

Also, as demonstrated by the OP, when there's cats worth a few quid it evidently attracts the wrong attention :(.

It's only once you start trading in cats that you begin to realise why nothing must be said.
Some of the contracts breeders make their customers sign these days are pretty amusing TBH!

Wow, not disclosing the price you paid? They're cats, not some super confidential deal between two countries that would destroy countless lives if ever revealed to the wrong people. :p

I think they are sold to households at mega price up from breeders.

If not, they are still serious money for those sort of cats iirc.

:(

There was a bengal cat at a house i was working on, they just let it play out like it was a normal cat. It even jumped on top of our van trying to get at our chips, then got stuck on the roof and was crying :D. Awesome cats!
